Our story so far

Nurturing compassionate carers who give outstanding support

AM2PM Quality Care was founded in 2017 to offer a fresh approach to home care in Epsom and Surrey. Our mission is to deliver an outstanding quality of care across the board. Not just for clients, but for care workers as well.

We aspire to be more than a care provider. We offer supported living in West Sussex to help people live fulfilling, independent lives tailored around their aspirations.

Our values

Honesty

Having open and honest conversations with clients and their families.

Trust

Building strong, trusted relationships with everyone we work with.

Integrity

Treating every client fairly, with dignity, respect, and kindness.

Transparency

Providing clear, straightforward services
and communication.

A like-minded community of people who care

The idea for AM2PM Quality Care came from a casual conversation between our founder, Anand Duddella and his friends.

“If modern medicine focuses on prevention rather than cure, why doesn’t the care sector?”

Everyone deserves to feel cared for. Not just when they’re managing or recovering from illness, but every day of their lives. Taking care of ourselves and each other is vital for our wellbeing, but often overlooked in our fast-paced society.

We recruit like-minded individuals who are passionate about making a real difference in our clients’ lives. And we take care of our team. They’re not just people we employ, they represent everything we believe in.

“Working at Am2pm has been one of the best choices I’ve made. It gave me opportunities to meet lovely people like my colleagues and the privilege to care for people, meeting their needs and being supportive physically, emotionally and mentally, which is the greatest blessing to humanity.”

The role of technology in care

You may not think that technology has a place in care – after all, care is intensely intimate and person-centred. But technology can also be a lifeline to help people stay connected. We use a chat app similar to WhatsApp to create private groups for you and your loved ones (or whoever you want to be involved in your care).

This means you can interact with us in real-time, tell us what you want at your next visitor if you’ve got an event coming up, and we’ll arrive prepared to help you. We can also keep your family updated, if that’s something you’d like, to give them peace of mind that we’ve popped in for a visit.

Meet the team

Our founders, Anand Duddella and Soumya Chilappagari draw from 35 years’ experience of caregiving, coordination, financial and business management to guide our wonderful team of care workers.

We believe in shaping our future leaders from our care management team, and all office staff are given clear responsibilities. They manage their client and carer relationships with regular team meetings to talk through any challenges they’re facing, making sure information is shared across the organisation. Our clients always have a dedicated point of contact, so if you have any concerns at any time, you’ll know exactly who to contact.
