AM2PM Quality Care Limited was  Co founded by Mrs Malaya Cabusora Serafica in July 2017. She drew on her many years of experience as a care worker, a care coordinator, operations manager and as a registered care manager in various home care agencies here in the UK as well as her experience as a hospital nurse abroad. Having been in the Care sector for more than 35 years she has witnessed different situations, challenges and learning curves which motivated her to create her own model of a Domiciliary Agency that will work hand in hand to provide the best  practice both to the client and the caring team who is the backbone of the business.

Malaya saw the benefits that receiving care in a familiar environment can have positive effect on the independence, the physical well-being and mental well-being of elderly people or any individual in need of care. She believes that the service should not be limited to providing only personal care but also to assist the individuals in their activities for daily living to have a better quality of life.

Malaya has developed a long standing good relationship with the commissioning authorities as well as private individuals who were referred by the commissioners of care from the hospital, the Clinical Commissioning group or the Local Council Social Services because of personalised quality of service she provides.
