Does the client pay the carer directly for home care?
No. Invoices only dispatched weekly after the completion of services. You will not have to pay carers direct and you’ll never be asked to pay an additional fee to any employee for any reason.

Will my family member always receive home care visits from the same homecarer?
This is always our goal, where possible. We may have 2 or 3 regular carer visiting to support annual leave and shift patterns, but you can always be involved and your feedback welcome.
Will I have a choice of who comes to my home to provide home care services?
Yes of course. Continuity of care is paramount for AM2PM, so finding the right home carer is a key goal for us all.
Are home care workers insured?
Yes, it is essential to ensure that any home care agency you work with have current insurance for their homecare workers to provide care services in the community. All our staff are background checked, referenced, trained and insured forour clients safety and reassurance.
